Always help me out.  Mul-T-Loc door locks, numerous keys for all my crazy needs (obsessed with having enough keys for everything).  You pay a little more BUT. It's cut CORRECTLY AND you move along.... Good people here.  Kind, knowledgeable, helpful.

This is an awesome Locksmith.  They cut and programmed a car key for me in 10 minutes.  Very reasonable priced and awesome tech.  The tech also Provided expert advice for a gun safe lock that I'm repairing.  This is a 5 star company.

Great customer service! Needed a replacement key for my daughter's Honda. Eric placed my order and the key was ready in just a few days. He even called to say he would be out for a few days to give me the option to wait for him or come in for someone else to program it. I'm so glad I waited for Eric to come back. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We even went past 5:00 and he was so gracious to finish without complaining or rushing. 5+ stars for sure!

I deeply appreciate Sean's responsiveness when I called to complain about my experience at the Woodbridge location.  I've moved this to 3 stars based on his promises, I'll likely revise it once those have been met.  That said, I will not go back to the Woodbridge location.

Edit: July 19, 2021.  Sean came through with his promises and made me whole.  He and the gentleman at the Manassas location were awesome to work with and I sincerely appreciate it.

I read some of the negative reviews and was concerned.  However, there aren't many locksmiths in the area,  so I gave them a chance.   I went the first time for information and the second time for service.   I needed a key for my truck, but found their prices a bit high.   Nevertheless,  I dealt with two different gentlemen who epitomized good customer service.  I purchased a key from Amazon and programed it.   When I had it cut,  the gentleman came outside with me and walked me through the process of programming the chip in the key.  I will definitely use this locksmith again.

Just had a lock changed and she just left. Victoria arrived at her stated time, was very pleasant to talk to and changed the lock quickly. 30 min from arrival to departure. She was knowledgeable in answering my questions about keys, copies, originals, etc. They were able to come on my preferred day within a few days of calling. Highly recommend.

The guy said I need to sign a waver and pay initial amount and if the programming of my Prius key is successful I pay the rest or I loose the $40 because I bought the key online and for laser cut copy he said $40 and if the key does not work  I loose the $40 plus my key will be destroyed .Honest Guy .So basically I loose money n time if they cannot do what they supposed to do love it :) there are better guys in town time to move on .

We do apologize that you do not agree with our policies. We have found through our many years of working on automotive keys that ones purchased online do not always work and can in fact cause damage to some of the electronic systems in today’s vehicles. We have had this happen and in order to make sure the customer understands this issue we came up with the waiver as a way to make sure everyone is on the same page with what could happen. We guarantee all keys and programming if you purchase the key from us. Unfortunately as previously stated, not all keys purchased on line work, therefore we require the waiver for those. I went in to get a copy of the key for my Chevy Spark and they were fast and easy. Once I got the new key he noticed my old key was loose, and fixed it at no cost to me. Very nice and pleasant.
