  Met Rick today, and was impressed with every aspect of the service. Answered phone and questions right away. Scheduled a service call to home I was locked out of. He arrived early/on-time and called me to ensure he was at correct address and was polite when I let him know I was running about 10 minutes late. He addressed the situation quickly and resolved it. Once inside, he provided additional explanation and options for the future. He followed up by sending additional documents for my review by EOD. I highly recommend his service.

  Did a great job! Rick came out, did a walk through, discussed our needs and current locks with us. Ordered what we needed, came back out to install. Walked us through the work he did, made sure we understood how everything worked. Was very professional and respectful. Did a really great job!
