  I had an issue with the lock on my Amsec safe and couldn't get it opened. These guys were recommended by the place I purchased my safe as their tech was on vacay. Tech had an old lock in his truck and managed to get it open without drilling. Installed new keypad. Was super stressed as I was moving the safe. These guys literally saved the day.

  Never informed that keys are not warrantied if not purchased from this business. But still insist I was verbally informed. $50 key is worthless now because they did not cut correctly. Best they could do is not charge me $30 for messing up my $50 key. The least I could do is share it with the community that this business definitely does not do "Business with Pride & Integrity" like their slogan says. Integrity is being honest... You honestly never stated that you would not warranty key that you messed up. Rick Laffey, work on customer service skills and try to de-escalate a situation and do what is right.

We say this due to the fact that we do not supply them and therefore do not know the quality of the item. We hope you’ll provide us the opportunity to make it up to you in the future.
