  The lock actually fell out of my apartment door. Needless to say, i was shocked. Ori quoted me a price on the phone for full replacement, just in case, but on inspection, he was honest enough to tell me that wasn't necessary. he was able to reinstall the lock and charged me only the price of the service call. What a relief--and how lucky i feel to have found someone trustworthy.

  I moved and needed new locks. The lovely, professional locksmith came over right away and quoted me over $300 less than another place had. He was so thorough he even took the time to file down a part so that my door closed just right! He really went out of his way, above and beyond, to make things right. It's rare to find a place that still takes pride in workmanship and doesn't rip you off - I've had bad experiences with locksmiths before, and you unfortunately get used to over-paying when you live in Manhattan. I can't recommend this place enough - it's the rare business that still does the right thing.
