Amazing work! Ryan Mergeler arrived on time, removed old entry way lock and replaced with new one in less than 20 MINUTES!!!  This is my third service call to Action Lock for various lock needs, mostly changing the locks. always great, efficient and professional team members. HIGHLY recommend them.  Incredibly responsive too. First time calling them and they had a someone out within 24 hours. I can’t forget the office manager /dispatcher RICK too! You rock Rick! We have been out of town dealing with a family matter and now for the holidays and found out on Christmas Eve that the battery on our front door keypad died and that our cat sitter could not access the house to feed our cats. Even though I’m fairly certain they were closed, I got a hold of Jeff and explained our situation and he could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He arrived at our house within hours and met our neighbor to make a key for our back door and change the batteries in the front door. And his rates, especially on a holiday, we’re more than reasonable. I could not recommend this business more and they will be the only locksmith I will use as long as I live in Dallas.

Ryan Mergeler  responded quickly and professionally to my call for help on a broken Baldwin front door lock.  It was fixed within a few minutes and the change was minimal.  I highly recommend this company!

I have personally known Mike the owner of Action Lock Doc for over 30 years and have been using him for that length of time and will give him 5 Stars on each and every occasion he has sent a man out to one of my jobs including the last job which was this week when he sent out Ryan Margeler who, like everyone one of his men did an excellent job.  It is hard to find individuals in this world today that you can count on for 30+ years but I will definitely put Mike in that category !!!!!!!!!

We needed a KEY made from a lock. They are the only key/ lock out , Business that has the ability to do so,😳, No one else can  nor has that option to do so. They were soooo worth the drive for me,,one way,1 hour and 15 minutes.  My carrier was not destroyed and now its totally operational.  Everyone else wanted to drill out and that was not an option.  Thank you guys,,,you made my day💗💗💗  Excellent service and value. It saved me hundreds of dollars 👍👍👍
