Old Royal Castle Store Number 8 location.  I love the Royal Castle name still on the sidewalk in front of the store. Employees are friendly, they know exactly what I was looking for and they've been able to help me every visit.

Always the go to. They always have the answers for my lock or key problems. Best in town

I actually came here 2 years ago & forgot to write a review. Nothing has changed, great customer service with professional work. The lady who answered the phone was very polite & got me a quote quickly. Brandon, who fixed the lock on my car, was great, professional & quick as the last time. Definitely will recommend them to everyone I know .

Excellent!!  Just simply excellent!!  Was able to copy/cut a "high security, laser cut key" for a Subaru Outback in less than 5 minutes. No wait at all either.  In and out in 5 minutes with something that Bryan Subaru, the dealership where the car was purchased, can't even produce. Their service department doesn't even possess a key cutting machine and basically told me I was on my own... So much for their dealershit... And thank you very very much Acme Lock!!

Really nice little store.  Brandyn helped me with an issue I was having with a lock and he was incredibly professional and courteous.  If I ever have another situation in where I need a locksmith, this is the only place I will call.

Fast turnaround, competent employees, better than Lowes for customer service and advice.  The last of the mon and pop shops. I hope that stick around long enough to install my next safe:)
