  Academy came out and changed out all the locks, installed a new door knob and even fixed two of our doors that didn't close and latch properly. A++ service and very friendly. Extremely happy with everything. Very reasonable prices and will definitely use them again 100%

  Dispatcher needs to work on her attitude over the $%^&^ phone. Get someone else that can handle the incoming calls or request, questions.. etc. Work on your customer service skills even if your having a bad day its your JOB! no need to project that towards possible customer.

  I had to get my locks changed after my house was broken into. I called this company after my neighbor recommended them. I called this morning & scheduled an appointment to have my locks changed. They were able to fit me in today. The gentleman that came was very helpful & knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
