  Fast and professional. I needed a lock replaced on my mailbox. They arrived within an hour of initially contacting them. Very progressional on the phone and in person.   Was referred to Jim at A1 by our building superintendent when we moved. Jim returned my call within five minutes. He knew our new home better than we did and even reminded me that our hot-water heater was in a closet with a lock. We asked a few people about his prices and learned they were more than fair. But we’re happy to pay for quality and Jim did an outstanding job. He made the keys in his truck on the spot, as many as we needed. Would highly recommend Jim and A1 to anyone needing an experienced, professional with excellent customer service.
