  Wsste of time!!! Called to arrange service call in Carrizo, was told I would receive a call back, never happened. I called again to arrange appointment in Uvalde at their shop, was told to come anytime except lunchtime, guys would be in field locally and would return to program our key fobs. My wife took off work, upon arrival was told no one was available to do the work. I called to express my aggravation, within minutes recieved call back attempting to get my wife to return. She did not and we will not. Good Day.

  I did have trouble getting a call back. But when we connected , the gentleman who came drove almost three hours from San Antonio. He did all the locks quickly, and explained any concerns. He was friendly and professional, and gave a number to call if we had any issues, or needed more service. I would highly recommend them for your lock needs, the man they sent knew locks, and the portable mini shop he arrived in had lock sets and deadbolts so we were able to match all of our entries to one key.
