I haven't used them as a locksmith per se but they have a nice shop and have always been able to make a key for me, even if it was an odd one. The staff is pleasant and helpful. You access the shop off Claire, and it's only a couple minutes from Downtown West Palm Beach.

Awesome company. Kiko and Richard helped me find a key for my old Mercedes that no one else had. They even tested the keys for me to make sure they worked before I left. Very nice people and very nice shop too!

I just bought new home that's why I just wanted to changed all the locks, the technician came and installed 5 locks within 30 minutes. It was really great experience to work with this company!!

Richard, who used to own the company, still works here and is great with locks - but TERRIBLE customer service. He obviously should retire!

Had to replace a door knob that broke. Bought one and had Wilson-Rowan re-key the new lock to match the dead bolts already on door! Troy took care of this task in quick order. Have used Wilson-Rowan many time. They are very reliable and have been in business since 1919! Highly recommend this business!

Home Depot and Lowe's did not carry the blank for the keys I needed cut. These guys were helpful, informative, and friendly. Their store is clean, organized, and air-conditioned. They had my blank in stock and didn't overcharge for the service (total was $5.50 for 2 unusual keys). It's slightly more expensive than your mega hardware stores, but definitely worth it. I will be getting all my keys cut here in future!

Been using this business for decades..  The owner came out for the installation, great guy, the work was flawless, on time, good price.  I can't compliment these guys enough.  they are great!

I got a bunch of keys duplicated at Home Depot, but found that they were too weak to open the heavy locks on our hurricane doors. I called this place to find out if they had another suggestion. They said they could probably duplicate the original. Not only were they able to match the keys, they were very quick! It took less than 10 minutes to get 14 keys cut. Plus they were able to stamp the keys so I could know which keys were for different doors.  Understandably, the keys were more expensive than Home Depot, but worth the extra money.
