  Fantastic company, absolutely recommended! Great from first contact till conclusion. Gave me a quote 40% cheaper than the dealer, gave me appointment on same day, very courteous staff, totally hassle free, came to my place same day and only asked for the other key, then 30 minutes later gave me a great new key. I wish everyone could take a page out of their book! All smooth, hassle free, and pleasant! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  I'm very impressed with the service that I had with Universal Locksmith LLC. I needed two replacement keys for my Insignia. I called Universal Locksmith LLC on Friday and had an engineer visit me at home first thing on Monday morning as requested. I could've had replacements the same day but didn't have the car so arranged a visit for Monday. The tech was on time, knew his stuff and was very polite. The work took about 45 minutes. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for the great service.

  This is what I wrote immediately after the job was done: "3* Efficient service. Polite. Good time keeping and I was very grateful to get problem solved but new key doesn't spring shut very readily and engineer left cover off the electronic panel in car so I had to get someone else to put it back.". Since then, within two days, the company has been out and adjusted the key. I'm pretty impressed with this service.
