  Very nice staff at The Lock Doctor. I visited this location after having issues with a deadbolt fix I recently had made. The staff helped re-check my deadbolt and reset some areas to help resolve the lock to work on my door. They didn’t even charge for the alteration. Unfortunately my door did not cooperate well with my installation and I had to return to purchase a completely new deadbolt. The location is only open until noon on days and I would recommend them for any lock related issues you may have and also you help support a local business. 👍🏼

  They showed up exactly when they said they would. The locksmith also got the job done extremely fast, which is great. However, I got charged an arm and a leg for a 5 min fix. If the price wasn’t as high as it was for such a quick simple job, I would have rated higher. The work excellent, the price... not so much. Update, While I do not appreciate the condescending and passive aggressive questions in a reply from a vendor, I will add 1 star for accuracy of job. The question...pertaining to if charge was indicative of an hours worth of work or 10 minutes of work... If a job is charged for x price for 10 minutes should you spend 1 hr to validate a charge? No, the question should then be posed, if you charge x for a service and validate the time should the 5 min job then be adjusted according to work performed. How about adjusting for travel distance, time spent and completeness. Validate your service by quality of work, not validating expenses. Sample response.   Sorry about your thoughts about our cost but we do have a fixed service charge as was explained before we came out we have not increased our rates for the last five plus years we do have to make a profit and can not operate a loss. We do not over charge you are paying for our 50 years of expertise to do the job in what may seem a lot would you have been happier if it took an hour or more and wasted your time also? Thank you for your rating we try to do our work based on our knowledge in doing our service as quickly with professionalism.

  I brought Bill five locks that needed to be re-keyed. I also needed 8 keys cut to match the new locks. He said it would take at least 30 minutes. I came back in 35 and has was done. Quality work for a fair price!
