We've used Smith Thompson Home Security for almost 5 years now and are extremely happy with their service.  Great price and have never had any issues with our system or their services.  I recently had Tony out for required hardware upgrade and he arrived on time and was very courteous and efficient! Tony also came to my house about five years ago to setup our security system.  Like before, he was awesome, explained everything very well,  and was very professional. I highly recommend Smith Thompson for all of your security system needs.

Smith Thompson home security is a wonderful company I have enjoyed being a customer of theirs for many years now and they sent Bruce out to upgrade and update my security system for cellular service on January 4, 2022. I appreciate the fact that they saved me money by offering to make an appointment for 1/3 the cost to get this upgrade done as early as possible. Bruce was awesome explained everything very courteous on time And very efficient and professional. He also said he loved working for the company when asked. I highly recommend Smith Thompson for all of your security system needs for business and home. I had some questions about what the upgrade was all about they answered all of my questions you’re always social distanced and Bruce wore a mask and I felt very comfortable with how this was all done in my home during a Covid spike !

Smith Thompson provide a great service at a price that’s competitive with many national brands. However, it is always nice to be able to support a local business and in return receive a customer service experience that can only be provided by a local business. Our technician, Jeremy, was very professional and knowledgeable, and walked us through the setup and configuration process. I think it’s also worth noting that Jeremy had the thoughtfulness and caring to show up with a face mask and wore it through the entire installation process. Smith Thompson has been our reliable alarm system provider for over 6 years. They are very reasonably priced and don't constantly solicit us to buy expensive upgrades. When we were required to purchase an upgrade due to the discontinuation of 3G, the it was fast and easy to set up an appointment. We were notified when the technician was on his way.

Gary installed our smart system.  He automated the entire house along with security system (door locks,  garage doors, door bell cameras, lights ..
Plus sensors). He was efficient, intuitive,  smart, and very knowledgeable. He thought through all the scenarios and got it right,  i.e. exactly how we would like ...including labels, etc.  Clearly I would highly recommend Gary and his company. Smith Thompson recently upgraded our equipment. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Chase was quick but thorough. He even replaced a dead battery for no charge. Any time an alarm is tripped, they contact me within 10 seconds. Great local company!

I've been a Smith Thompson customer for more than 10 years, and I'm really happy with their service.  Every single tech of theirs are amazing.  This morning I had an appointment to upgrade to LTE. The tech that came was Shawn Lackey.  He was really courteous and very kind.  He knew what he was doing and explained why the change was necessary.  He called me before arriving (which in today's world is not common anymore, we'd be lucky to get a text nowadays), and he arrived when he said he would.  I can't write enough good things about him.  I feel, that I'm the one that's honored to have this alarm company and not the other way around. I've been using Smith Thompson for several years now and I've never had a problem with the system nor the responsiveness of them when I've called with quesions or help. Recently, I had a sensor fail, and shortly after an issue with my attached line. I called support, twice, and was blessed with professional remote help to satisfy my immediate need, but my system needed to be looked at in person. They sent a tech out and again, smiling, professional and expedient is what I got. He fixed the issues, including the sensor in no time. Home is safe and sound. Exactly what I expected, and the smiles were free. Thanks!
