Promotes false advertising. They aren’t open 24 hours. “2 am is too late for me to help you, I need to wake up early tomorrow morning.” I understand that it’s late but simply don’t say your business is 24 hours. Very disappointing.

I seldom reply to negative reviews but I just have to on this one. Of course I'm not 'open' 24 hours, but I did wake up and answer their call (twice) at 1AM. This customer is not in my service area - they were in Santa Barbara and I'm based in Lompoc, I referred them to other Locksmiths in their area, but I could not offer any practical solution for them. Can't please all the people all the time.

Called him to get my keys from inside my car, he was there in less than 5 minutes. Professional and affordable!!!

A year or so back, I used Scott’s service for a rental property which needed new locks all around. He did a great job. More recently I needed transponders programmed for a used auto we recently purchased. Scott was able to quickly get the needs met. He made it very economical for me to come to him for the service which I’m my case was not a problem.
It took him 20 minutes to do what I am still waiting on Ford Service to call me back with a quote.

Girls night out, turns  to girls locked out.

After a night of drinking with the girls, Iattempted to open a wine bottle with my car key and snapped it in half. My husband was out of town and I really didn't want to have to hear his mouth about breaking my car key. I called Scott and he informed me of 2 options I had and even offered to meet me at my car to help create a key right then and there. Scott showed up before me and took less than 15 minutes to get me in my car and moving. I seriously could  have hugged him!

If I ever need a locksmith again, I know who I am calling. I would highly recommend using his service. Friendly, efficient and professional.  Thank you Scott for saving my Hondy.

I dealt with Mr. Reardon thrice in the span of about a week. Each time he was prompt, efficient and friendly. His prices are fair and he is equipped to do everything from unlock your car door to reprogramming a key. 24 hour service ensures, day or night, you're not locked out for long.

We had lost are truck-key   did not have a spare key went over to Locksmith the Man working there said he could make a key he did ask if the ignition lock was the original if it  had been change key would not work. He made a phone call to get the Vehicle identification Numbe We payed $30 The key did not work.
We went back to  Locksmith to see what could be done since we did need a key to use the truck the man working there said the only thing that could be done would be to change the ignition lock and that would be $250 we agree to it.

We wanted to be sure  the ignition-lock was original we called the guy who sold the truck to us a while back he said it Was Original he also ask if the key made at Locksmith was able to open the car doors. Which we did try and doors did not open. He suguested for us  not do the $250 job and go to  Sunset Auto Center they would be able to help
Sure enough we explain to them no Key etc  they did the same thing got the identification Number made the Key and safe me $250!!!!

Scott was very friendly and quick. Helped me unlock my truck and make a spare within minutes. Excellent service! Highly recommend.  If I have anymore key problems I know who to call.

Said he’d call the day of to set time for the appointment and never called.
