  PLEASE DON’T USE THEM!! I can’t give this company any stars. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Jay, in the picture, has customer service that is worse then his dishonesty. We called to have a lock put on our closet door and garage door. He quoted us $450!!!! We said no to the garage door and just did the closet. He tried to charge us $350 until my husband called him out so he cut it to half. I went to Home Depot later and the lock costs $53 dollars. So 2 locks would have been $106. He charged us 4X the cost of a lock. They advertise a $9 service call fee. He charged us $29! PLEASE DON’T USE THEM!!! When I called him on his cell he was so rude, cocky, disrespectful and basically a jerk. I told him I wanted a refund and return the lock. He wouldn’t stop yelling on the phone so I couldn’t get a word in so I hung up. He sent my husband a text. I called the company and sent multiple emails, they sided with him and won’t resolve this issue. Then I find out it is Jay who is answering my emails. Once again he thinks we are all stupid!!! PLEASE DON’T USE THEM!!! Don’t let them scam you like they did us. It took Jay less then 5 minutes to install the lock - for $225. He is a greedy man with horrible customer service. Yes, I am a disgruntled customer. Don’t you be too! PLEASE DON’T USE THEM.

  Today I had probably the best service ever!! Jay was so kind! So patient, since I was working during the time he was working on my car. He was quick and super efficient! And the price was not bad at all! Highly recommend :).

  Jay was absolutely awesome! He got my keys up and running so quickly - I lost my only key to my car, he programmed them and took off any keys programmed prior. His communication is phenomenal and you’ll know everything he’s doing, such a genuine person too. I’ll be recommending him to anyone I know that needs a key replacement or any other service he provides Thank you again Jay!
