  Convenient, and the key works, but priced a bit high for one key. And you don't get to chat with the guy making your key and shake his hand when he's done. I miss that personal service.

  Key kiosk is way too far to the back ..Put it up front and it will be used more often :) ... Aside from this staff were quick and helpful letting me know where to go and get my keys! TY!

  Pretty intuitive. The only thing I think strange is the upgrade option to have the key polished or debuted - something like that. I noticed pieces of material yet on the new key. I just cleaned up with wire brush, so not a big deal- works fine. Just, as I say, a bit put off with this treatment being not a part of what I wanted.
