Wow!  I could not be happier with my experience.  Catherine at the front desk is an absolute asset to this company.  She answered every question thoroughly and worked with me through the entire process.  The car I needed serviced was an older model Lexus that other locksmiths couldn’t offer help or wanted to charge me twice as much!  This was no issue for Irmo and they gave me a fair price!  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an automotive locksmith service :)

Loved the pre-visit text message that included a photo of the service tech so that I knew who would be arriving at my home. Eric was very quick and efficient while answering my questions and providing information.  Entire visit was less than 45 minutes to re-key 5 doors with double locks and verify all keys worked appropriately.  I am happy to provide 5-star rating for the all around great experience starting with scheduling the appointment to finishing up and locking the door after saying goodbye. Thank you!

Bruce and Matthew serviced our Northeast Office for Clark's Termite & Pest Control, and did a wonderful job! They both have fantastic customer service skills, are friendly, informative and thorough. Requested an appointment from the company website. Promptly called me and confirmed job details and time/date. Service personnel called ahead, arrived on time and completed the work quickly and accurately. Asking if they could re-key the new lock to our old keys was an unexpected extra. I'd give them six stars if I could. Outstanding!

Hi, a special mention to CATHERINE who helped me with amazing wisdom. My key fob and the metal key spit. Somehow i managed to get to my work place however then the car wont start. I called them and Catherine suggested that why dont i try to keep the fob closer to the metal key try to start the car and it eventually did... hadn't she told me this i would have to pay the additional price for towing. Also to mention all this was happening on a Friday. Immediately we went to their location and got a new key fob synced to our car and it worked perfectly well.

I locked myself out of my 2018 Ram 1500 . I had to be at work appointment in 45 minutes. Josh? /responded to my house in 7 minutes and opened my truck in literally 5 seconds. He even cut me a door key on site. Cool dude and professional. I used Irmo Lock and Key last week keying my house for new construction. Clint done a fabulous job . He is very skilled. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it's wonderfully talented group of professionals. Thank you.
