  I spoke spoke to Nick on the phone. He is so great to talk too, and very reassuring and professional. Alex came to my location, not knowing what was wrong, and instantly diagnosed and fixed my car. Such great service and a great company! I will never call any other company if anything like this happens again. HERO is stuck with me for life! :D

  Couldn't have had a better experience if I tried. Everything was professional and easy going! From the experience of getting my car connected, to actually riding in the cab with the nice guy, which for the life of me I can't remember his name, it was just an amazing, generous, and great experience during a week of hell with me and my car! Would highly recommend their affordable services to anyone! And I plan to!

  I didn't expect to find anyone to install my Battery on a Sunday morning but Charlotte HERO Patrol came to my rescue. They responded very quickly and provided excellent service. I will definitely use this company again and recommend as well
