Broadway Locks have been in service for 99 years and they have been the most excellent locksmith I've ever dealt with I have taken all my business to them and they never fail when it comes to keys they're very good and excellent I give him a five-star rating for that profession you should think about going by there and checking it out for yourself if you're ever in the neighborhood of South Boston on West Broadway

Great place. Great service. Quick and easy. Patty is incredible and the cozy sleeping kitty is the cherry on top.

Love this place. They get it right on the 1st try every single time. Family owned and they are experts with anything to do with keys, locks, etc... Save yourself the headache of going anywhere else. Bonus, Pat is amazing as is her wicked cool cat! 😎Been coming here over 25 years and I hope they never sell because my son will be a lifetime customer one day too!

Friendly, quick service. Very knowledgable..Great to have an historic family owned place like this still around. Incredible to observe the antique pieces and displays.
An added bonus is a sweet, loveable black and white shopcat named Luigi, stop in and see what a good boy he is...(also get a key cut while you're there!)

I have been coming to this place for 25 years...My 25th Anniversary will be in November  of this year...Patty (The Owner) is a wizard at making keys and figuring out what type of locks you'll need for your place or business...They have been a part of Southie for quite some time and it shows...There are always people coming in to just to say hi and to see how they are doing...Its a family owned business...One of the few that still exist...

I walked in to duplicate my truck keys and was out in under 5 Minutes. The ladies inside were very friendly, did everything to make sure i had a great experience. Also not very expensive. Cute cat always sleeping in the store, lol

The woman at broadway lock was super friendly and very knowledgeable on old and hard to find keys. Highly recommend getting keys and locks from here. More expensive than Home Depot but if you want your keys to actually work and helpful service this is your place!
