Took 20 minutes for a "robo call" to return my call when I was originally told a technician would return my call. Wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow. On a car lock out!!! Then when I told the answering service we had someone else coming, she asked who. I asked why she needed that information and further questioning led to her hanging up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
