Rude and unintelligent employees, the "manager" is absolutely worthless.this store and company is a disgrace .Their top of the line 250$ Duracell lasted 2 months. Interstate is the way to go.

Today we went to check out the battery on my son's car. This is not the first time we have been there. We replaced another of our car's batteries a few years back, and were impressed by their service then. After kindly checking out our battery today (which is just fine) we were asked why we needed this done. The wonderful man helping us went and got his manager to help out, and then a third person came out to help. They were so friendly and listened carefully!  All three of them were focused on helping us find out how to fix our problem. There was a ton of research going on and they were determined to help us. If you want honest help without pushy salesmen I would highly suggest going here. They have definitely secured our business in the future.

I have been looking everywhere for a camera charger, and was on the verge of tears... then I went here and they instantly helped me. Unlike the other places I went where I waited an hour. Thank you guys so much! I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me but he deserves a raise!

My faith that there are still good people out there is restored thanks to David. David is hands down the best human for going above and beyond his work!  I Was broken down at the sonic by his work and he was on HIS LUNCH BREAK. Offered to help out. He could have just drove by and gone on about his lunch but he chose to help. Before he even got his food. He drove to his work got a battery tester. Came back and tested the car. He drove me to his work to grab a new battery and put in the new battery himself right there in the sonic parking lot…. ALL ON HIS LUNCH BREAK! He also declined for us to buy him lunch. If it wasn’t for David my kiddos and I would have been stranded.We need more people like David in this world! He is beyond awesome & gained all of my business for life. Thank you David

They were out of the battery I needed. I paid for it and they ordered it for me. Got a call from the store I went to saying it was on backorder. They kept me in the loop during the backorder wait. They offered me a different battery that was cheaper in price but not the best for my Harley. They contacted me with updates. I waited for the battery I ordered and when it came in, they called me immediately. Great customer service.

Store hard to get to because road was closed,  maybe put a sign up? Waited to be helped, the battery I needed was for a camcorder. Was told the battery was not in stock, and was not available to order. I inquired as to what my options were. Was told to go online to find. I like to purchase and support my local business. Just disappointed.
