The owner of this company was very helpful, informative and the service was quick! He had us in an out in 2 minutes and was very kind to us! Definitely  coming back when I need new keys !

This is the BEST Locksmith Service that I’ve ever used. My car keys were stolen when I was in downtown Nashville and my car was parked in a parking garage. I had a tow service come out the next day to tow the car. They also guaranteed me that their tow truck would be able to fit into the garage to tow it out, but that was a complete lie. They even charged me an extra $100 for that service. The tow truck service said that they would need a key to be able to move my car out of the parking garage. So I had to pay a locksmith to make me a key that could turn  my car on, but it wouldn’t start the car because the key needed to be programmed. I had the car towed to my home, and reached out to Armstrong Locksmith (Raheem)! Raheem came to my home the next day, programmed my car keys, and threw in a spare key for a discounted price. I also had him install new locks on all of my doors in my home, and he gave me a great price to have that done! Raheem did an AMAZING job with my car locks and my house locks! I was also given 6 keys to my home. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received! If you need any locksmith services done, I HIGHLY recommend using this company! You will not regret it!

Rahim was so helpful. He went above and beyond by ordering the Fob and ensuring it was properly working; He got me 3 options and let me choose which Key Fob in particular I wanted. They are very professional and their staff are very nice and polite.I highly recommend Armstrong Locksmith.

I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offer to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I’m overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service!

I’m a little late with our review. I have to thank Raheem for assisting us in getting into our car at the airport last month after my boyfriend’s keys were stolen. Armstrong Locksmith went above and beyond to help us in a very tough and stressful situation. Very professional. Great customer service. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you so much again!

Amazing customer service, very reasonable pricing, quality replacement keys. Highly recommend.
I drive a 2002 Mercedes C240 which is a nightmare when it comes to replacement keys. Mercedes is very strict with their policy, and although rightfully so, getting a replacement is very expensive. My car came with only one key FOB and a replacement from MB directly is $400 + tax. Armstrong charges $295.   Today I only needed a replacement mechanical emergency key. To save money I ordered two blanks from Jeff Bezos' store and brought those to Armstrong to get them cut. They quoted me reasonable $25 per key (a different locksmith quoted my $55 for the same job!) which they did. Unfortunately the key blank I brought them wasn't of the best quality and had too much tolerance, and it ended up unlocking the driver side door but not the trunk (to explain; that key blade sticks inside the key FOB and is necessary if the car battery is dead and won't open with the remote FOB). The gentleman at Armstrong tried to trace it one more time, but it wouldn't work, so they cut two of their own blank keys which are closer to OEM specs and those worked without any issues. They would've just given those to me, but I tipped 20 bucks which was still cheaper than any other option. I now have a favorite locksmith/key duplication shop in town.

I needed some new locks installed on several doors.  Armstrong locksmiths arrived on time and did a very good job installing the locks and keyed them all alike.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

OMG the owner is amazing! My VW turned into a very complicated key to make, but he went out of his way, above and beyond, quick to respond and answer the questions I had! Hopefully I’m never in this situation again, but if so, Armstrong will be my first call.
