  I just wanted to say thank you for coming out is really bad weather to basically rescue me. I has a broken car key which prevented me from driving anywhere. And Jim came out made me 2 keys for less than the price of 1 at the dealership. Service was very fast... he was done in less time than I've spent in a drive thru. Thanks again!!! 😊

  I couldn't have been more satisfied. I needed a second key fob/key for my 2009 Pontiac G8 and they provided an exact duplicate. Great job AL&K, it works perfectly! The skeptic in me wanted to go the Dealer route even though i would pay more, but i'm glad i gave these folks a chance... The cool part was that they pursued me even after i had told them i had a fair offer from the dealer and they more than matched it. Best part was that the locksmith came to where I was and performed the service, no hassle of having to make an appointment, it was over in 20 minutes. If in the Cleveland area and you need a another working fob & key, look no further than the fine folks at AL&K.

  Very nice and professional from Clarissa the dispatch to the technician. Lost the key for my Chevy. Called they were there within the hour. Good pricing gave me a deal for 2 Keys. I didn’t even have to tow my car they came to me. Works great. Would totally use them again.
