  I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend this business. I'm not even sure how to put into words how thankful I am for Alex's help. I got myself into a real jam (lost my car keys, no backups) while the vehicle was parked on a beach. Was under a ton of pressure from locals to move it (they were constantly reporting the vehicle to the land managers/law enforcement). The vehicle was all-wheel drive, there was no way the appropriate tow truck could reach it, and I was an hour away from a locksmith (so no one could come out to meet me). I could barely find anyone that would answer the phone, most of the numbers I called were automated services. Alyssa answered right away and was extremely helpful, I had to call back many times with additional info about the vehicle and she was so kind and accommodating. With no keys to copy, Alex was able to narrow down the required key to one of two fob options (there are quite a few options for this model vehicle), and he only had one in stock. He had the fob ready for me, key cut, and walked me through how to program it to the vehicle. Unfortunately, it was the wrong key, he then went out of his way to find the other fob version, got it for me same day, and swapped it out at no extra charge. My car is off the beach and my stress levels have finally come back down. I am so so grateful for your help Alex. Thank you again!

  When I was looking for a company to help with my car trouble, I was drawn to this one in particular because of its good reviews. I had no idea just how much they deserved them! I have been trying to fix my car key fob for at least a year now and though it was tricky, Alex (I think his name was Alex) went above and beyond for me. He helped me set up 2 sets of keys with my car that is extremely hard to work with. I’ve got a history of being locked out and not being able to quiet the car alarm. I was locked out for the last time and couldn’t get to my car keys. I was in a sticky situation and he was nothing but considerate and patient. He really cared. After all said and done he charged me literally less than the bare minimum. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the help from this company. I would recommend everyone to reach out; I’m absolutely sure that you will be glad you did. Thank you guys again.

  I HIGHLY recommend this company! First of all, someone answers the phone when you call. This in itself was great! Alyssa set up the arrival time for the appointment. The gentleman arrived right on time. He were extremely professional, polite, and had a very positive attitude about their work and repairing the lock on our front door. It broke after years of wear and we could not get out of, or in to, our home. They were respectful of cost and recommended an alternative to repairing the part rather than the cost of replacing. Thank You "4 Got Keys"! I give them a 5* rating.
